“When I started working with Allie, I was on my 5th running comeback for the year. Setbacks left me deconditioned and demoralized. I realized I lacked the tools I needed to come back safely to running, and I missed it so much my heart hurt. Y’all. Allie fixed it ALL! She has the expertise, compassion, organization, and energy to meet you wherever you are on your running path and elevate you to places you never may have imagined you could go. “I had such a personal goal, a half marathon, I didn’t know if I could ever do it much less entrust my emotional journey. 60 years old and wanting to run a half marathon in honor of my son who passed away suddenly as he was training to run his own marathon.
