As your long runs ramp up during half or full marathon training, dialing in your fueling strategy becomes essential. Proper fueling not only supports performance, but also helps prevent bonking, GI issues, and slow recovery. Schedule a 30-minute Google Meet with Coach Allie to talk through your long run nutrition strategy… we recommend doing this as mileage builds.
Then, 2–4 weeks before race day, we’ll meet again to create your carb loading plan so you’re fully fueled and ready to run your best.
